JUDGE NIBERT HEARING PLEA REQUESTS

Judge David W. Nibert is hearing two cases today in Grantsville. Richard A. Starcher is entering a plea request through his attorney Shannon Baldwin. Starcher was an accessory to the robbery of Calhoun Banks in Arnoldsburg last December. James Keith Hardman is entering a plea request through his attorney Rocky Holmes, related to several charges of sexual abuse.
