DUTCHMAN COMMUNITY KEEPS MUSIC TRADITIONS GOING

The Dutchman Community Center ties folks to musical tradition Tuning up in the back yard The Saturday night bluegrass, gospel and country music show is now a tradition in the Dutchman community of Ritchie County, near the confluence of Ritchie, Wirt and Calhoun counties at Brohard. The community building is a welcome spot along the rural road, not far from State Route 47. The evening's entertainment is always free. Musicians sign up at 5:30 p.m. with the show beginning at 6 p.m. Performers take to the stage in the comfortable community center
