| Acting State Director Dianne Goff Crysler has announced that Rural Development has approved a Community Facilities Grant in the amount of $41,250 for the City of Spencer.
Rural Development funds will be used to assist in purchasing equipment for the Spencer Police Department.
"This will include a 4-wheel drive police cruiser, high band radios, radar and video equipment," added Crysler.
