A man was struck by an ATV near the Little Creek bridge Saturday, reportedly knocking him over the hill next to a creek.

Wirt EMS responded to the scene and he was life-flighted to a regional hospital for evaluation and treatment of a head injury.

It was not confirmed if the man, reportedly a resident of Ohio, was involved in the Creston Poker Run.

Sources at the scene said he was on foot when struck by the ATV.

Reports also said there was a back-up of traffic caused by one or more vehicles at the Little Creek bridge, with the drivers reportedly involved in some kind of argument.

Police reportedly issued one or more citations.
