CULPRITS ENTER PLEASANT HILL RESIDENCE - Owners Call For Help

Details are sketchy regarding an incident Wednesday night with a report of three individuals breaking into a residence on Pleasant Hill near Five Forks. John and Becky Snider called 911 and their neighbors, indicating individuals had entered their darkened house. Several neighbors turned out to offer assistance. When the culprits reportedly discovered the owners at home, they broke and ran into the nearby woods. Trooper Doug Starcher responded to the scene to investigate, and reportedly had an unoccupied vehicle nearby towed. It was unclear if the vehicle was connected to the incident. The WV State Police in Calhoun does not release public information regarding incidents or crimes in the county.
