Members of Calhoun High School's football team participated in a 7 on 7 passing tournament at West Virginia University in Morgantown June 19 and 20th.

Teams can have up to 15 registered members in the event. "The young Calhoun men participated in five games and represented their school well," said Coach Doyle Hupp.

Summer practices, which ends this Thursday July 2, have averaged 42 players per day. "We are really excited with the numbers and hope to have even more when football camp begins on August 3," said Hupp.

Participants and support group of the tournament would like to thank Ullum Oil & Gas, Furr's Auto Sales, Little Kanawha Excavating & LK Buildings for sponsoring the team.
