| W.B. "Bill" Riggs, Jr., 69, of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Joker, Calhoun County died June 3, 2009. He was born at Joker, the son of the late W.B. and Fannie Riggs. Surviving are his wife, Donna; one son, Rickey; one step-daughter, Misty; one step-son, Ray; and one sister, Janet McIntyre of Grantsville. He was cremated, with the ashes scattered in the Joker Cemetery.
