Jimmie G. Church. 63, of Massillon, Ohio, died January 30, 2002 in Massillon Community Hospital following an extended illness. He was born in Spencer, WV, on August 10, 1938 the son of the late Orville G. and Maude Mae Mace Church. He was a U. S. Army Veteran and a retired Ohio Operating Engineer with 30 years service. He was also a self-employed truck driver and member of the Country Chapel Church in Doylestown, Ohio. He is survived by his ex-wife, Sandra Church of Massillon; son, Jimmie G. and Lisa Church, Jr. of Canal Fulton, Ohio; daughters, Debbie Steward of Canal Fulton, Ohio and Tammy and Mark Ammon of North Lawrence, Ohio; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home in Ohio. Locally, visitation will be held Monday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg, WV with graveside services at the Liberty Hill Cemetery.
