CALHOUN GRAND JURY INDICTS SIX

(06/03/2009)
A Calhoun Grand Jury indicted six individuals yesterday in Grantsville.

- Jennifer Ann Meadows, 28, of Mt. Zion, attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud (two counts); uttering a forged instrument (two counts)

- James Keith Hardman, 41, of Creston, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian (one count); incest (one count)

- Bruce Charles Edgell, 25, of Center Point, Ohio, wanton endangerment with a firearm (one count)

- Matthew Jeffrey, 25, wanton endangerment with a firearm (one count)

- Richard Starcher, 29, of Spencer, accessory before the fact of bank robbery, Calhoun Banks (one count); conspiracy to commit a felony (one count)

- Beau Allen Collins, 27, of Arnoldsburg, accessory before the fact of bank robbery, Calhoun Banks (one count); conspiracy to commit a felony (one count)

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
