GRAND JURY SCHEDULED IN GRANTSVILLE - Kerby Sentencing, Bond Reduction For Cash

A Grand Jury is being empaneled today in Grantsville, with presentments to be delivered to Judge David W. Nibert. The sentencing of Leon E. Kerby II is scheduled this morning. A hearing is scheduled to consider bond reduction for Johnny Cash, who has been in Central Regional Jail on multiple drug charges.
