Thurman Radabaugh, 73 - Salem

Thurman Radabaugh, 73, of Salem, West Virginia, formerly of Grantsville, passed away May 19, 2009 at the VA Medical Center in Clarksburg. He was born at Nobe, Calhoun County a son of the late Ben and Ethel Freshour Radabaugh. He was a US Air Force Veteran serving in the Strategic Air Command. He was a former employee of Rubber Fabricators of Grantsville and the Johnson City Press in Johnson City, Tennessee retiring in 2001. He was a member of the Moose Legion. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Freda Yoak of Grantsville; two brothers, Duane Radabaugh of Grantsville and dale Radabaugh of Hazlet, New Jersey. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Bush. Military Graveside rites were conducted Thursday, May 21 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Grantsville. Stump Funeral Home of Grantsville was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Until there is a Cure or to Caritas House, 391 Scott Ave., Morgantown, WV.
