POWER LINE SLATED TO CROSS CALHOUN AND REGION Allegheny Energy land agents have been caught by the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocates lying to land owners in the TrAIL case. As a result, AEP/Allegheny have now included a code of conduct for their agents with materials in the PSC certificate of need application for West Virginia's behemoth PATH line. Regional land owners need to be aware of this code of conduct, so they can report any violations to the WV Consumer Advocate and the WV Public Service Commission.
