She was born Oct. 19, 1919, in Spencer, a daughter of the late Henry and Leota Starcher. She retired from Kellwood Company, Spencer with over 40 years of service, was a homemaker and a member of Spencer Baptist Temple. She enjoyed yardwork and farming.

She is survived by her husband, Ewell Greathouse; five sons, Bernard Greathouse of Hartville, Ohio, and Fred, Charles ''Pooch,'' Jerry and Terry Greathouse, all of Spencer; one brother, Junior Starcher of Barberton, Ohio; nine grandsons; one granddaughter; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Oshel Potts; and one brother, Earl Starcher.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, Pastors Kevin Randolph and Rick Perrine officiating. Burial in Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.
