Vera Miller Brady Bell - Formerly of Glenville

Vera Miller Brady Bell of La Plata, Maryland, formerly of Glenville, West Virginia, died Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Civista Memorial Hospital in La Plata. She was born July 30, 1924 a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin (B.F.) and Alice Agatha Hoff Miller. She married Thomas G. Brady, September 4, 1943. He preceded her in death October 10, 1969. She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Jesse Bell, Jr. She was a member of the Waldorf Church of Christ. She is survived by one daughter, Sandy Vanhorn and husband Richard of La Plata; three sons, Roger Brady and wife Vicki of Ronceverte, WV, Donald Brady and wife Donna of Caldwell, WV, Brent Brady and wife Patti of Salisbury, MD; two brothers, Hunter Miller of Loudon, TN, and Ralph Miller of Ft. Myers, FL; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 4th at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg WV, with the funeral at 1 p.m. with Brent Brady and Richard Vanhorn officiating. Burial will be at the family cemetery at Shock, WV.
