| 5:00 AM - The Spencer-Roane VFD is responding to a structure fire, fully involved, on 4th St. in the Alvord section of Spencer. 911 dispatcher reporting that individuals are out of the house. 5:09 AM - Roane 911 reporting that an adjacent house is "smoking" from the heat of the burning structure.
