Four cases are set for Monday's session of Calhoun Circuit Court, Judge David Nibert presiding, with prosecutor Shelly Morris DeMarino: - State vs. Dennis Cottrill, Jr., disposition following probation violation, counselor Rocky Holmes. - State vs. James Blankenship, hearing on motion to discharge sentence, counselor Tony Morgan. - State vs. Christopher Todd Smith, sentencing following plea agreement, counselor Tom Whittier. - State vs. Nathan Summers, bench trial, counselor Orton Jones. - At least a dozen juvenile cases are before the court.
