Radiker died after his Jeep crashed head-on with a Pepsi delivery truck Monday morning.

Wood County coroner said Radiker suffered massive chest and head injuries.

Police said Radiker traveled left of center coming off a Newark bridge and collided head-on with the delivery truck, operated by Jody Ellis, 45 of Parkersburg.

Ellis was not injured.

Police said Radiker was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
