BIG SPRINGS MAN FACING LARCENY CHARGES IN GILMER INCIDENT

A Big Springs, Calhoun County, man was among several individuals charged with alleged larceny acts at Gilmer County's Lignetics plant.

Douglas Ray Hardman was indicted on four counts of grand larceny, one count of petit larceny, and eight counts of conspiracy to commit an offense against the state.

The charges are related to incidents at Lignetics of West Virginia between September and December, 2008.

Hardman has been released on $50,000 bond.

Other individuals indicted in incidents at Lignetics, Ricky Sylvan Deterline of Claysburg, PA; Bradford Leroy Getgen of James Creek, PA; Benjamin Lee Donaldson of Glenville, WV; George M. Peters of Peytona, WV; Ricki Lee Wright of Imler, PA and Kenneth Dean Johnson of Tunnelton, WV.
