ARNOLDSBURG SCHOOL HIGHLIGHTS ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Arnoldsburg School's Local School Improvement Council welcomed the Calhoun Board of Education, presenting them with accomplishments of the elementary school. Principal Bryan Sterns informed board members with a Power Point presentation, recognizing the school's academic performance. Dotti Nemitz gave a school tour highlighting new lockers, class work displays, and new concrete. Tammey Webb demonstrated web site navigation and Shirley Hupp gave a presentation about "Reading First." The school's active PTO gave an update on a number of funding activities and school improvement projects. Janice Westfall spoke about the "Heads Up" after-school program, and showed a video featured student demonstrations, projects and the computer lab.
