CALHOUN MEN ARRESTED FOR SMITHVILLE B & E

Keith Allen Lamp (left) John Frederick Fisher (right) Two Calhoun men are behind bars after being arrested for breaking into Barkers Marathon in Smithville in June, 2008, according to the Ritchie County Sheriff's Department. Keith Allen Lamp, 23, was arrested in Jackson County and has been taken to North Central Regional Jail. John Fredrick Fisher, 29, is also in the North Central Regional Jail. The men are charged with breaking and entering and felony destruction of property. Bond has been set at $10,000 each, according to the Ritchie County Magistrate Clerk's Office. The men allegedly busted through the store's front glass doors, and bent the frame, causing about $2,900 worth of damage, sheriff's deputies said. The men stole beer and cigarettes, according to the sheriff's department.
