COUNTY SCOUTS REWARDED AT BLUE AND GOLD BANQUET

Scouts received gifts and $50 cash each from area merchants and scouting supporters, presented by scoutmaster Paul Funk The annual Blue and Gold Banquet was held last night at the First Baptist Church in Grantsville, recognizing the local scouts, their parents and scout leaders. Scouts recognized for work (not in order) Jacob Butler, Alec Richards, Eli Stump, Michael Hardman, Trenton Cunningham, Ben Frederick, Matthew Rush (Webelos); Jordan Yoak, Cole Rogers, Brian Jones (Tiger); Matthew Chase and Houston Bennett (Wolf) Scouts, parents, and leaders enjoy a banquet dinner Cub Scout pack #436 and Boy Scouts #39 attended the dinner, which recognized long-time county scoutmaster Kitty Wilson, who has given over 50 years of service.
