| Richard Thomas McElhinney, 83, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Tuesday, February 3, 2009, in Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
A memorial mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 424 Parkersburg Rd., Spencer, WV 25276.
