Bids will be opened for the possible sale of the old Minnora School property and buildings, and give final approval on a 99-year-lease to the Calhoun County Committee on Aging for a lot which is part of the Minnora School property.

The commission will set dates for Budget Hearings for 2009-2010 in March.

The commission will review a number of budget items, and issue a list of possible grant applications.

The commission will hear committee reports, and look at making appointments to a few openings on boards and committees.
