Judge J.D. Beane of the 4th Judicial Circuit
administers oath of office to Councilwoman Lynch

Sharon Lynch was sworn-in as District 2 representative of the Parkersburg City Council on Tuesday, January 6th.

Sharon is a graduate of Calhoun High School and has resided in Parkersburg for many years.

She is the daughter of Ernie Hartshorn of Grantsville and the late Mary Helen Hartshorn.
