SCHOOL BOARD HAS LIMITED AGENDA

(01/10/2009)
The Calhoun Board of Education will meet Monday evening at 7 p.m. to cover several items, from an expulsion of a student to hearing a report of the progress of Pleasant Hill School repairs.

The board will likely vote on an earlier issue, a supplemental pay revision, and the approval of a plumbing renovations bid for Pleasant Hill School.

A short list of personnel issues are on the agenda, including the hiring of Curtis Garretson as assistant girl's basketball coach, the posting of a special education position, a number of tutors to deliver services through a homeless grant, and the hiring of substitute teachers and bus drivers.
