James Arnold Harold, 65, of Chloe, WV, died Monday December 24, 2001 at his home.
Born in Calhoun County he was the son of the late James Spencer and Lucille Alma Brannon
Harold. He was a member of the Sutton Moose Lodge #825 and was a musician, playing the
fiddle.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Lou Duelly Harold; four sons, James Andrew Harold of
Chloe, Larry D. Harold of Flatwoods, WV, Curtis D. Harold of Dallas, Texas, Michael D. Harold
of Fort Worth, Texas; three daughters, Lisa Ann Marks of Chloe, Teresa K. Laughery of Mineral
Wells, WV, Deborah Sue Nichols of Charleston, WV; a brother, Lowell B. Harold of Corbat, KY;
two half brothers, Larry and Gary Truman both of Spencer, WV; fifteen grandchildren and one
great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 28, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at the Stump Funeral
Home, Arnoldsburg, WV. Reverends Carl Marks and Larry Bennett will officiate. Interment will
be in the Smith Cemetery, Uler, WV. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday evening
from 6 to 9 p.m.
