| Jody Lee Miller, 37, of Wallback, Clay County, West Virginia, died Friday, December 12, 2008, in Sutton.
He was born March 20, 1971, in Charleston, a son of Maurice M. Miller of Stow, Ohio and Carolyn Jean Carper Miller Bowen of Baltimore, Maryland.
Jody was a disabled tree trimmer.
In addition to his parents, survivors include one son, Shane Miller of Clay; one daughter, Shiloh Miller of Clay; stepmother, Debra R. Miller of Stow, Ohio; stepfather, Al Bowen of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Tawnya Miller of Baltimore; one brother, Michael Miller of Pasadena, MD.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Helen Carper; and paternal grandparents, James and Madge Miller.
Friends may call Thursday, December 18 from 6-8 p.m. at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. There will be no service.
