Calhoun High School invites recent graduates to return to school and share with current students your experiences since graduation. The event will be held Friday from 10 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. This time period will allow recent graduates to speak to students in classrooms.

Listed below are some of the items recent graduates can discuss to help current students prepare for the next stage of their lives.

- Are you working full-time or did you go to college?

- What have been your hardest adjustments?

- Is college/work what you expected?

- In what areas did you feel well prepared?

- Did you begin the financial aid search, ACT testing and college application process soon enough?

- How does the study load of college compare to high school?

- With your current hind sight "What would you have done differently in high school"?

- In what areas do you wish you had been better prepared?

If you are going to be home between semesters, please plan to participate. Anyone wishing to participate may e-mail or call Sheryl Stevens to register sastevens@access.k12.wv.us or 354-6148 ext. 10. You are asked to contact the school by December 10th so teachers may plan appropriately for your visit.
