Minnie Hamilton Health System Electronic Medical Records Update Minnie Hamilton Health System would like to thank all our patients for their support as we have been transitioning into electronic medical this past year. We currently have electronic medical records throughout our entire facility. There have been many challenges in the past year and we have worked diligently to address them. Prior to the electronic medical record system, employees would maintain paper files and contact patients to relay appointment information. It has now been realized that a method had not been included to continue the communication between the facility and patient regarding appointments. A new procedure has been developed and phone call reminders are again being accomplished. We apologize for any inconveniences or difficulties that occurred due to the absence of these reminders during our transition to the electronic medical record system.
