| Vivian McIntyre, 64 of Brohard, West Virginia went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday November 2, 2008.
She was born August, 4 1944 the daughter of the late Bernard and Margaret Eagle Mathess.
She was employed for several years at BF Goodrich of Grantsville, WV and Wirt Inflatable Elizabeth, WV. She was dedicated to serving many organizations in Wirt and Calhoun counties. She was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
She is survived by her loving husband Rev. Lawrence "Whistle" McIntyre; one son, Eddie (Michelle) McIntyre of Brohard; 2 stepdaughters, Shirley Lamp and Betty Reisinger of Grantsville, WV;
7 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild; 3 sisters, Louise Richards of Kentucky, Phyllis Maze of Grantville, and Glenna Bunch of Creston, WV; 2 brothers, Scottie Mathess of Grantsville, and Jackie Mathess of Parkersburg, WV; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday November 5, 2008 at God's House of Worship of Elizabeth, WV with Pastor Raymond Gumm officiating.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday November 4, 2008 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home, Elizabeth, and from 12-noon until time of the service Wednesday at the church.
Interment will be in Hartley Cemetery at Brohard. |
