LILES TO PERFORM IN MACY'S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE

Macy's Great American Marching Band will play the opening fanfare for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 27, beginning at 9 a.m. The 185 musicians will be complemented by approximately 50 flags and dancers choreographed by Greg Lagola of the famed Cadets Drum Corp of Pennsylvania. The parade will be televised on NBC.

Niki Liles (pictured left) a 17 year old senior at Calhoun County High School, will be representing Calhoun and West Virginia in the parade. She is the daughter of Teri Liles of Grantsville and David and Dorothy Liles of Delphos, Ohio. She resides with Casey Harris.

Niki was chosen to be one of the dancers presenting choreography in the parade. The band along with dancers and flag corps will be stepping off from Central Park at approximately 9 a.m. and will arrive in Herald Square at approximately 10 a.m. They will perform in front of celebrity hosts, a grand stand audience, and more than 50 million TV viewers watching the broadcast live.
