Welcome back to Beason. I look forward to your visit each week. If you have any news or events, please submit them. I will be happy to add it to my weekly drama. Please be aware I will most likely comment or embellish it just a little bit. It's in my job description to do that sort of thing.

Happy Anniversary to Mike and Diana Taylor. We hope you have many more wonderful years!

Happy birthday to Brayden Bonnell and Jimmie Daniels. You didn't think I would let your birthday slip by, did you Jimmie?

Happy birthday to my mom, Edna Robinson. My family had a party for her this past Saturday evening. We tried to keep the party under control, but you know how those live bands can get a crowd wound up. Anyway, my Mom looked great and all those stress wrinkles I gave her didn't even show.

Happy birthday to my brother Kevin and my nephews, Jack and Alex.

Ethan made the High Honor Roll list this grading period. Harvard, here we come! I am so glad he won't have to rely on his looks to be a celebrity like me. (I just got promoted to celebrity status recently instead of just being a mere writer.) Ethan's got the looks and the brains. A true double trouble package. That's my boy!

Avery made straight A's for the six weeks. I was a little surprised but unsure of what a first grader could fail anyway. His latest interest is making sure all his baby teeth come out and he can move straight to adulthood. He wants to collect all the cold hard cash he can as quickly and easily as possible. So, he makes every effort to keep the Tooth Fairy coming.

I see him being an excellent Monopoly player in the future. He always has a strategy. I also see dentistry is in his future. He will save us all a chunk of change since he just yanks teeth out with his hands. No real need for gloves, instruments or pain medication, is there?

Junior and I took our field trip to St. Joe's last week for dialysis. Apparently, the nurses liked him so much they decided to keep him overnight. The hospital gave him a healthy dose of bug killers and that seemed to take care of the problem. He's home now and back to Junior mode.

Rumor has it that the stork will be paying a visit to someone at the Hair Studio. I am sworn to secrecy, but I think we can safely eliminate Trick. We will just let you all wonder about it. It's killing me, but, I swore I wouldn't tell. Perhaps a little Halloween candy might persuade me to change my mind. I will say this; sometimes things happen when it's least expected or thought not possible.

The Rainbow Grange will be having their annual Fall Fiesta on November 1. It is scheduled to commence at 6 p.m. I guarantee the costumes will be unforgettable this year. Perhaps more so this year than any other year. There will be games and fun for all ages, so, bring everybody out for a great time.

Be sure to come out to the Hair Studio and meet our new stylist, Trick. I trust him with my own children's hair. So, that's saying a lot for me, because I just don't let anyone take the scissors to my kids.

My song choice of the week is, "She Talks to Angels" by the Black Crowes.

Peace.
