ORMA MAN INDICTED FOR ARSON OF ROANE RESIDENCE

Three people, including the homeowners, were indicted by a Roane grand jury this week on arson charges for a fire that destroyed a Clover couple's home in Roane County, according to the Times-Record. Harold J. Fellenstein, 62, and his wife, Wilma Fellenstein, 58, both now of St. Albans, and Ryan Dale Lambert, 30, of Orma were indicted on two counts each of 1st degree arson and conspiracy and attempting to burn insured property. Testimony was offered by assistant state fire marshal Brad Hartley. The former Roane County couple and their nephew had been arrested on arson charges stemming from fires that destroyed the couple's home at Clover last year. Ryan Dale Lambert allegedly admitted to setting the fire that destroyed the couple's home.
