CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT ACTIONS

Calhoun Circuit Court was in session Monday with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Michael Lee Duncan, sentencing, counselor John Oshoway, sentencing continued until completion of diagnostics at Anthony Center. Barbara Jo Walker, status hearing, counselor Ernie Skaggs, continued until November, scheduled for entry of a plea at that time. Danny Walker, plea, counselor Tony Morgan, continued until November, scheduled for entry of a plea at that time. Brian Keith Burrows, status, counselor Rocky Holmes, continued to October 20. James Jones, hearing on motion to release from home confinement, counselor Kevin Postalwait, release granted and placed on parole. Stephen Griffin, hearing of motion for parole, counselor Rocky Holmes, with sentence discharged, parole completed.
