Fraud had been rampant in the outfits for years and the present administration had tried 12 times since 2001 to bring the abuses under control only to be stopped by senators and congressmen like Chris Dodd, Hillary, Barry Hussein and Barney Frank who received vast contributions from the government created companies. Now the former "leaders" of the firms who made millions in salary & resigned to avoid prosecution are advising a presidential wannabee who admitted he had no idea about business and finance.

The firm has been holding meetings extolling the virtues of the company even though their leases allow deduction of taxes, expenses, etc in violation of the terms of the class action lawsuit.

The price of local Penn grade crude rose $10/bbl to $108.25. Local newspapers have ads looking for oil field workers and W. Va. has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation. Marathon Petroleum, CDX (Consolidation Coal Co.) and Continental Petroleum are all looking for leases in Wirt County. Carter Oil's spokeswoman said they were acquiring leases for Continental.
