Kenneth Glen Lane, 65 - Normantown

Kenneth Glen Lane, 65, of Normantown, West Virginia, passed away September 8, 2008 at his home.

He was born October 25, 1942, a son of Jeanette Lane of Clarksburg, WV and the late Hurl Lane.

He is survived by two daughters, Sharon (Stan) McClure of Parkersburg WV, and Nellie Fullen of Wellington, Ohio; grandchildren, Shelly and Sheena McClure, Brandon (Brianne) Fullen, Christopher and Austin Fullen; step children, Janice Smith, Jeannie Ross, Richard Dowell, Carol Cozart, Louise Wolverton, Linda Taylor, Donnie Dowell, special nieces and nephews Cheryl Smith, James Smith, Christine Stricklon; 5 brothers, Charles Lane of Michigan, Ronald, Milton, Tom and Norman Lane all of Arnoldsburg WV; 2 sisters, Debbie Cooper of Edmund WV, and Rita Butler of Grandy NC; step mother, Velora Lane, and several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Letha Lane; and brother Eugene Lane.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, September 11 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Robert Shannon will officiate. Interment will be in the Hunt Cemetery, Big Bend, WV.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
