McKOWN ESCAPES INJURY - Truck Heavily Damaged On Leatherbark

Mike McKown of Arnoldsburg escaped serious injury when his pick-up truck went out of control and struck the hillside at 9:30 p.m. tonight. The vehicle landed on its top, and was heavily damaged. The accident happened about one-half mile east of the Corder Bridge (Roane-Calhoun) line on U.S. 33-119 on Leatherbark. Calhoun EMS responded, with the Arnoldsburg VFD.
