Charlie McKown with bear, 300 pounds field dressed, killed in Bear Fork; 35 pound Coyote was killed on Bee Run near McKown's house Mckown's big bobcat and a 24-pound turkey, with a 1 1/2" spur and 12" beard, was killed in Bear Fork For those of you who are not connected to the deep woods of Calhoun County, you should know that wildlife is abundant, these trophy animals are on display at long-time hunter Charlie McKown's house at Millstone.
