(08/15/2008)

Shirley Allen and fishing guide Matt Healey, display her big catch

Shirley Allen and friend Will Cameron of Minerva, Ohio took a recent fishing trip to Alaska. "We were up on the Anvik River 500 miles north of Anchorage," said Will. The couple's guide was Matt Healey from Pittsburgh.

During their conversations the couple learned Matt's parents are Biss and Karen Healey of Nobe, Calhoun County. Shirley Siers-Allen is the daughter of June Siers, and sister of Linda Peck of Grantsville.

Will said, "Shirley had caught the largest fish until the last day when I caught a big red salmon."
