A group of volunteers worked into the darkness last night at the park, preparing the court for the tournament.

Seven teams will participate in the tourney to raise funds for the future 4-H basketball program coming in November.

The tournament is double elimination, the next pairings will be announced after the first games are played. Pairings were chosen by drawing from a hat. Teams are asked to be at the court no later than 8:40 a.m.
