EDWARD WOODROW KELLEY - Belpre, Ohio

Edward Woodrow Kelley, 84, of Belpre, Ohio went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2001 at Camden-Clark Hospital, Parkersburg.

He was born in Calhoun at White Pine, son of the late Grover C. and Edna Roberts Kelley. He retired from Union Carbide Metals in Marietta, Ohio in 1979 with 27 years service. He was a member of the Local 3639 Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers Union. He was a WWII Navy veteran, serving in the Pacific Theater. He was a Baptist by faith, a life-long member of the NRA and a avid hunter.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Hazel Nicholas Kelley; daughters, Delilah and her husband Edward Potter of Little Hocking, Ohio and Sharon and her husband Keith Phillips of Parkersburg, WV. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one step great-grandson.

He is also survived by a sister, Ermal Radabaugh of Parkersburg. He was preceded in death by a sister.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 3, 2001 at the Stump Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Robert Nicholas will officiate. Interment will be in the Nobe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. Sunday.
