Victor Burnell Goodrich, 82, of Normantown, Gilmer County, died Sunday, November 25 at his
home following a long illness.
Born in Braxton County, he was a son of the late Dudley and Rushie McCumbers Goodrich. He
was a Timberman.
Surviving are a daughter, Wanda self of Stouts Mills, WV, three sons, Gary, Dallas and Robert
Goodrich all of Normantown, 15 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
Mr. Goodrich was preceded in death by his wife, Della Goodrich, a son, Richard Goodrich and
an infant grandchild.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, at Stump Funeral Home,
Arnoldsburg. Elder Larry Fisher will officiate. Interment will be in the Upper Steer
Run Cemetery, Normantown. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m.
Monday.
