Calhoun Circuit Court will begin in Grantsville this week, with seven cases on the docket. Judge David W. Nibert will be presiding. State vs. Michael Lee Duncan, plea, represented by John Oshoway State vs. Brian Keith Burrows, arraignment, picked up on capias Kight vs. Baker, bench trial, civil action State vs. Howard C. Lowers, trial to start July 2, represented by Rocky Holmes State vs. Gary Paul Ferrell, trial to start July 2, represented by Ernie Skaggs Several juvenile cases are on the docket.
