Belle Bise, 80, of Leroy, WV, died Nov. 20, 2001, at home.
Survivors include four daughters, Virginia Eagle and Roberta Bise, both of Leroy
and Wanda Miller and Leona Starcher, both of Spencer; one son, Everett Bise of
Leroy; two sisters, Jane Myers of Parkersburg and Gernie Young of Toledo, Ohio;
and one brother, Frank Delaney of Reedy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Nettie Delaney; and her
husband, Eugene Rosco Bise in 1991.
Services 2 p.m. Saturday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home of Spencer. Visitation 7
p.m. Friday.
