EASY & GENTLE YOGA CLASSES BEGIN JULY 9

Submitted by Brenda McBride The Calhoun County Committee on Aging (CCCOA) is starting another new exercise program "Easy & Gentle Yoga". This program is for anyone with muscular problems or diseases. The goal of the program is to improve the health and well being of participants, and to cope better with stress. Many exercises can be done while seated. Instructors are Jackie Blankenship and Pam Gainer along with Yoga Instructor Kara Ware. Classes will be held at the CCCOA, Senior Center in Grantsville from 10 to 11 a.m. beginning July 9th. Classes will be held on alternating Wednesday and Fridays (example July 9th, 18th, 23rd, August 1st etc.) To participate in the program, call the CCCOA at (304) 354-7017 or sign up at the main office in Grantsville.
