RED CROSS CONTINUES DISASTER RELIEF EFFORT

The American Red Cross continues to provide assistance to those affected by the flooding in north central West Virginia.

Red Cross Emergency Response Vehicles are traveling to affected communities to distribute cleaning kits, personal care kits and other needed items.

In addition, client caseworkers are available to meet one on one with those who have suffered damage to their homes. The Red Cross service delivery sites are located at the following locations and are open 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.:

DONATIONS

BB&T is partnering with the American Red Cross to facilitate financial contributions to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Donations will be accepted at any BB&T branch office across the state of West Virginia. All funds collected will be used to provide relief and assistance to those affected by the flooding.

Emergency relief fund donation canisters will be located at convenience stores and other local businesses in Glenville, Clarksburg and Morgantown. The canisters will be available until Saturday, June, 14.

All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people.
