This shot taken at near 1 a.m. Photos by Drew Moody It was a long night vigil in Glenville, watching the rising flood waters of the Little Kanawha River. The flood, as it turns out, is more intense than first expected. Water is expected to recede today. Intersection of East Main and College Streets, Glenville, about midnight. Downtown scene in front of The Common Place Restaurant around 3 a.m. Earlier in the evening the owners gave away free coffee to police and emergency workers.
