ROAD FORK ROAD STRUCTURE BURNS - Grantsville VFD Has Busy Night

A busy night for Grantsville volunteer firemen continued at 3:45 a.m. Monday when they responded to a tool shed and outbuilding fire on Road Fork Road between White Pine and Nobe Road. The structure, belonging to Jay Nichols, was completely engulfed when firemen arrived. The building housed several pieces of equipment and tools. Firemen responded to two other situations during the night. Several of the firemen had not been to bed by 5 a.m. "It's hard on opening day of deer season. when get up time is 6 a.m.," said one fireman.
