CHS STUDENTS TRY HAND AT PARENTING

(05/23/2008)

Some Calhoun High students had a little practice in parenting last week. Bev Morford's Parenting and Child Development Class provided day care services for community parents.

Their effort provided some time to relax and talk while their children were being supervised by the students.

The students planned age appropriate activities for the participants, ten children ranging from eight months to five years.

The children participated in leisure play, games, arts, crafts, and story time, with a light lunch being provided.
