Glenville, WV - The Glenville State College Color Guard is still compiling recipes for the Pioneer Cookbook which will be sold as a fundraiser for the group.

Originally the plan was to have the cookbook ready for sale in June. However, delays have pushed the release date to early this fall, so there is still time for you to assist the Color Guard and submit a recipe.

All recipes must include the following information: title of recipe, category (appetizer, side dish, soup, entrée, bread, desert, etc.), the recipe, and a contact phone number in case clarification is needed. Submit recipes to cookbook@glenville.edu or mail to Lloyd Bone at 200 High Street, Glenville, West Virginia 26351.

The cookbook will sell for $5 and be available at several locations on campus and in Glenville including the GSC Book Store and the GSC Fine Arts Building.

Proceeds from the Pioneer Cookbook will go to support the GSC Marching Band Color Guard which is growing and needs to purchase more equipment.

For more information about the cookbook, contact Lloyd Bone at 462-7361 ext. 7340.
